We make hundreds of outdoor cushions each year in multiple fabrics, for applications varying from home use, to caravan and camping, to specialist commercial, marine, hotel and hospital applications.
The example featured shows indicative prices for different foam and fabric cover options. Each example includes a foam insert, dacron wrap, and outdoor fabric or vinyl cover.
Choose from Foam Sales' in-house ranges of olefins and acrylic canvas'. Speciality fabrics are available including a vast selection of Warwick indoor and outdoor ranges, and Sunbrella acrylic fabrics too.
Most customers choose our premium Dunlop ST35-140 seating foam with a wrap of 200gm dacron if using the cushions under a patio roof. If you plan to leave your cushions out in the rain, our Ezidry reticulated wet area foam with outdoor dacron may be the best option.

Price is for the covered base mattress / cushion only. Decorative scatter cushions are extra ($50 - $80 each as displayed), and furniture frames are not included.
