Concrete Curing Foam

Concrete curing foam sheets are used to protect concrete while it cures in extreme heat conditions. The foam sheets are laid on the concrete and sprayed regularly with water to retard the concrete drying process, thereby preventing cracking and distortion. The foam sheets protect the concrete from heat and direct sunlight while holding water in the sheet on the concrete surface. 

These foam sheets are cut in our factory from low density flexible polyurethane blocks, so they are economical and are readily available.

Concrete curing foam sheets are available in standard thicknesses of 30mm, 40mm and 50mm or are custom cut to your special requirements. 

Sheet dimensions (most commonly): 2100 x 1000mm

How to: Wet up the foam sheets with water daily, or as required to protect the concrete and to allow slower curing in hot environments. Distribute weight across the foam as required to prevent loss and damage to the sheets in windy conditions.
