Foam Sales cuts all our foam products to size, and custom makes for the diversity of our customers' requirements. These cut to size and custom services are available for commercial and industrial foam requirements (volume discounts apply), as well as for private and home uses.
We cut new foam for custom cushions and seating, and for mattresses and bed overlays. (We custom make covered cushions too). Closed cell foams and rigid board foams can also be cut to size, and polystyrene profiles cut to shape for concrete block-outs, formwork, insulation, and packaging.
