Tolerance Tubes, also known as bolt blockouts, are used to create void protection around bolts when pouring concrete. This range of tolerance tubes is cylindrical in shape with a hole down the centre of the cylinder to create a tube, with an inside diameter matching your bolt diameter.
Foam Sales' tolerance tubes are made from standard SL grade polystyrene, and are available in a variety of sizes to fit the various common bolt diameters.
Tolerance Tube dimensions are designated by Inside Diameter / Outside Diameter / Length. Standard protocol is for Outside Diameter to be 3x the Inside Diameter, and for Length to be 7x the Inside Diameter.
Bolt blockouts can be made in square, and other profiles, and can be supplied in 1200mm lengths, or other sizes, on request.
